Magazines Archives - 2009 March Milan food show:Market innovation,evolution, trends IN a global environment that is grappling with economic challenges, world food exhibition TuttoFood promises to be a showcase for F&B operators to differentiate themselves in the marketplace.
“The market now needs new products,” noted show organiser Fiera Milano International SpA in explaining the focus for this year. Three competitions will be staged in the coming show: Showcase of Innovative Products; Showcase of Niche Products; and the TuttoFood Cheese Awards. These contests highlight that “the way of producing and selling food products is changing because the way of eating is changing ... with the evolution of society”, the organiser maintained.
