Exception & Surcharge
Any exceptions to the required deadlines must be agreed by the publisher
in writing. Cancellation or postponement accepted after booking deadline will
be subject to a minimum levy of 50% of the net ad rate. Cancellation and
postponement will not be possible after material [copy] deadline and the
publisher reserves the right to occupy the allocated space at its sole
discretion and at the advertiser's cost.
