Coles Group to spend A$133m on IT

AUSTRALIA’S Coles Group has earmarked A$133 million (US$110.36 million) on IT spend, including testing new platforms and purchasing an automated supermarket replenishment system. Coles Group CEO John Fletcher said the company will install a number of new systems during the year, including the replenishment platform, to enable the company to offer its customers more responsive discounting.
