Polese joins FJ

FASHION-AND-LIFESTYLE retail group FJ Benjamin has appointed Ralph Polese divisional CEO of fashion and corporate services, Singapore. Polese will be responsible for the running of the Singapore retail-and-distribution business as well as manage back-end support functions. He will also oversee the development of the retail business in Thailand and the regional management of the Celine brand.

Polese comes with more than 25 years’ experience in the fashion trade. Previously, Polese spent seven years as managing director of Gucci Group in South Korea, where he later became CEO of MCM, and then executive vice-president of retail for St John Knits, where he was in charge of developing strategic initiatives for Asian markets and managing its US retail division.
